Cranberry Fluff Stuff
Ingredients
4 cups fresh cranberries
3 cups miniature marshmallows
½ cup sugar
2 cups diced tart apples, unpeeled
¾ cup halved green grapes
¾ cup toasted, chopped walnuts
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Steps
Place 4 cups of cranberries in a food processor, cover and process until finely chopped but not liquefied
Transfer the chopped cranberries to a large bowl
To the bowl, add 3 cups of miniature marshmallows and ½ cup of sugar
Gently stir the cranberries with the marshmallows and sugar
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
Before serving, add 1 cup of heavy whipped cream to a bowl and use a mixer or a handheld beater to whip the cream until stiff peaks form
Stir in the apples, grapes, nuts, and salt to the cranberry fluff
Fold in the whipped cream to the cranberry fluff
Serve and enjoy!
