Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
½ cup chopped scallions (3 to 4 scallions)
½ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
⅛ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped garlic (1 clove)
1 teaspoon anchovy paste (or 2 anchovies)
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Steps
Put mayonnaise, sour cream, scallions, basil, lemon juice, garlic, anchovies, pepper, and salt into a food processor and blend until smooth
Serve with salad or other vegetables or refrigerate dressing until ready to serve
Notes & Tips
This Green Goddess Dressing would go perfectly over my Simple Romaine Salad!
You can dip fresh cut vegetables into the dressing and use it as a veggie dip
I’ve also spread some of this dressing on top of meat to give it some extra flavor. Note: if you use this dressing with meat, you want to use it with meat that is already cooked, not raw
