Homemade Pizza with Ben
Ingredients
Pizza dough (see Beer Dough recipe here)
Flour
Sauce
Cheese
Toppings
Steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Generously spread flour over a flat work space, such as a kitchen counter
Roll out pizza dough to desired thickness and shape on a floured surface. If the dough sticks the the rolling pin, cover the rolling pin in some flour as well
Carefully transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet
Bake the dough for 10 minutes
Remove the dough from the oven
Cover the top of the pizza with some sauce and spread evenly. Be sure to leave a small gap about a half inch to 1 inch wide for the crust
Add any cheese and desired toppings on top of pizza
Bake again for 10 to 15 minutes, until toppings are heated through and the cheese is melted
Cut, serve, enjoy
