Breaded & Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 to 6 center cut pork chops, half inch thick
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Combine breadcrumbs, olive oil, oregano, black pepper, and parmesan cheese in a 1 gallon Ziploc bag
Zip the bag closed and press and shake the breadcrumbs around the bag to mix in the seasonings and olive oil
Rinse each pork chop with cool running water and place in the bag with the breadcrumbs
Seal the bag and toss to coat the pork with the breadcrumbs
Open the bag and shake to remove any excess breadcrumbs
Transfer the pork chop to a baking tray
Depending on how many pork chops you have, you may need to add some more breadcrumbs and olive oil to finish coating all the chops
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit
